CHMRB copy has contemporary blind- and gilt-tooled red morocco leather binding; all edges gilt; red silk endpapers; with gilt-tooled blue moire silk overlay on front paste-down endpaper, featuring the entwined initials VA and the symbol of the Order of the Garter.
