CHMRB copy has bookplate: Donated by the Larry Zim World's Fair Collection.
CHMRB copy has contemporary blind- and gilt-tooled red morocco leather binding; all edges gilt; red silk endpapers; with gilt-tooled blue moire silk overlay on front paste-down endpaper, featuring the entwined initials VA and the symbol of the Order of the Garter. Bound by Robert Rivière? (cf. National Art Library (U.K.) online catalog record for this ed., with similar binding signed by Rivière).
