In the family Anthuridae, 11 genera are recorded, of which four are described as new: Alloanthura, Diaphoranthura, Exallanthura, and Heteranthura. Fifteen species are recorded, of which the following 11 are described as new: Alloanthura sculpta, Apanthura microps, Cyathura rudloei, Diaphoranthura cracens, D. hapla, Exallanthura sexpes, Haliophasma poorei, Heteranthura anomala, Malacanthura mombasa, Mesanthura protei, and Panathura macronesia.
